That the Social Facebook was banned by the networks of some companies there were made a reason … But they snap layoffs for tastes and themes addressed in a personal profile, it is reasonable?
It has happened before in Perugia; where a company, after allonato a collaborator from the workplace for a post on the social, considered null dismissal only after meeting with unions;
then in Sardinia, a “like” too much a gentleman and he found himself having to justify why the company had put “like” a post; this post could have had something to do with the company itself, excuses and reasons, were not enough and the gentleman in question has been elegantly dismissed for contempt.
Now we can not know if the guy was on the social during working hours, if the post in question was really offensive. It comes natural to think and wonder, but meritocracy in the workplace is not worth anything anymore?
If a man should be judged on the work of a moment of leisure (always assuming it was done outside of working hours, otherwise it would be permissible a recall disciplinary warning, but for other reasons, not for libel) as we can think of be on your way to the social and cultural development? It should not be judged for his skills working? How can a company to judge someone who has the taste?
We do not do the whole apples and oranges, not all companies are manifested “touchy” or “superficial”, but so much so that a “habit does not make the monk” as sure as “the crowing cock does morning” .
